Scripts24.com License Agreement

One license allows you to run one installation of the
software on one website/domain *. For each installation
of the software one separate license is required. Before
downloading the software you must submit the URL where
you will be using the software or are currently using
it.
* Both iRedirector scripts are able to handle as many
domains as you want with one single installation of the
software (all these domains must be hosted on the same
server). |

Our commercial software packages contain tiny links
to our website at the bottom of some of the pages. This
is done to provide us with an inexpensive way of advertising,
and in turn allows us to offer you the most affordable
prices possible. Removing or altering any of these links
is strictly forbidden.
If your website is found to have altered or removed these
links your license will be revoked immediately.
We also offer a special link-free version of our software
for an additional $70.00. This is the only circumstance
under which the link can be legally removed. |

You may alter the source code of the software (at your
own risk), but altered source code must not be re-distributed
or re-sold. |

The license entitles you to receive free technical
support and gives you free upgrades for one year from
the date of purchase. After your first year, you may purchase
annual subscriptions to the Owners Area, if you wish to
have access to future upgrades. |

This license, and/or the software, may not be resold
or redistributed under any circumstances without written
consent from Scripts24.com. |

License fees are non-refundable. All sales are final.

If any of the above terms are violated, we reserve
the right to immediately and permanently revoke the software
license. No license refunds will be granted for revoked
licenses. We reserve the right to modify these terms at
any time. This license is goverened by the laws of Germany.

OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT
LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY
OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES.
Scripts24.com is not liable for the content
of any website powered by our software.
The user must assume the entire risk of using
the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY
TO REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE MEDIA OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
